summon epic npc

okay, this is my first post here...
any one can help me to edit data035 or data036 or data037 or anything to make that epic npc always spawn in PvP map?

if that's happend, i hope no more ppl using unlimited hp/mp and no skill delay in PvP to lv up rank by defeating other player... just defeat that epic npc

Why not summon to dungeon instead PvP because it's too risky.
But, impossible these days.
