difference between CSRO & SRO-R

Dear Gents & Ladies

i need to know what is the difference between CSRO & SRO-R files i need to build my privet server and i mean it will be really privet only for me and some of my family member and closed closed friends so i have some advance requirements when i ask the developers they will work to build my server hey told me its not applicable because its exists only in CSRO Or SRO-R so i want to know what is the difference between CSRO & SRO-R files because I'm looking to buy the files so i don't to wast my money one of my advance requirements it the fellow system with all new pets with all items silk or at NPC with all skills and other options .

Diffrence...
Well i dunno how you can get CSRO server files coz i never saw em, well only old CSRO files, about Sro-R they have everything, but they are not cheap, believe me 200$ won't be enough xD

Don't worry my budget above the 200$ but its have limit :D

If you mean newest CSRO files, they are exactly the same as SRO-R since they upgraded to SRO-R systems almost a year ago.
If you mean 2012 CSRO files, the differences are no token system for faster grinding, and few stuff that changed for make the grinding faster on lower levels (no gold drop until lv 70, many quests on lower levels, etc)
