Private server problem

Ok ive edited my config.ini file but yet the exp or dil ratios will not change in the game, is there anything im missing or any other wat to edite the ratios??

Send me a PM with the ratio you want for exp and drops.

Well i like to put out a main exp rate say like 1.2k then ill eidt mobs to what i think is good plus weve added a special map and plan on editing um mobs to increase/beef em up for say higher lvs than 145 and we just want to get the base exp,dil,item drop ratios down first then well be editing the csv's cus at least i understand how to work those.... but for sum reason our formula.ini file isnt gettin it done so yea.....
