Why CrossFire Is Slow Like This ?

Note: If any one will say because the record program its not the reason it be slow too when i close the all programs ( E.x: Skype Google Chrome ) and be slow I dont know why help me please

It's a office/multimedia GPU.

i have another one in my motherboard and still same problem idk why

Well it doesn't matter because it's by far enough for CrossFire.
