CS 1.6 Server Crasher

i am newbie to this forum & i hope all pros here , same time i need ur help
some guy is crashing my cs 1.6 server for every 5 mins .. i know who he is but he is not stopping at all ... he connects to my server with random names & as soon he connects my sv gets crashed ... pls help me with an solution to secure my sv & also give me a program so i can attack his servers ...plzzzzz helpppppppp meeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee :)

I don't give you a program to attack his server.
Why he attacks your server?
It is a simple Crasher, but there is nothing public.
I don't give you something, because I hate it.
Ask your provider server provider, maybe he can helps you.
Don't download something on YouTube.
Ask him, why he attacks your server or change name + IP ( asking server provider )
and don't give them the IP.
Or you ban him from your Server ( Public or Warsever does not matter, you can ban him on both ).

thanks for that .... i have already range banned him but he is using multiple ip range to attack the server & i cant ban all ip range since i loose players :( ...i don't want to crash his server but i need fix & protection ..plzz help meeeeeee :)

Your server needs a ddos protection.
Ask your server provider, he can install this protection for you.

its not ddos attack ....he is targeting my server ..when enters the server with a nick like abcdxxxxxxxxxxxx ..as soon as he enters the server gets crashed " 6Cfs910STR1fusw7j<61><STEAM_ID_LAN><>" connected, address "111.91.95.48:64746" " ...contacted server provider .. he modified dproto but still no use :(
