I created a rappelz private server and now i got many questions hoping that some one would answer me please.
1-After loging in the hot keys were empty all of them how can i fix them?
2-How can i make a character with GM power of commands?
3-How can i edit the NPC,EXP %,Drop %, controlling every thing in other meaning?
4-once i loged in I saw a notice idk how it happen and the language was like "!#$%&&**(%^VDYTY^*#@@&*(HA%%$UN" what made that happen?
I know that there are over 100+ private servers out there but why not add another one.. after all every one wants to get better stuff in to the game.
I am a developer and i just need you to show me where are the files that i can edit in them.
