Best are Juggernaut TE Editions because have the Heavy Weight addon compared to stock cars.
But depends on what Class you need...
And after... any other car that have good speed, acceleration and handling.
You only need to be a good driver and no matter what car you use for.
Example:
I am a good driver and i can say i'm a Team Escape Expert.
Now i play on Class S with the small Carterham and the lag of cops and servers are like hell.
You know the Carerham is the lightest car in the NFSW game and if you hit a Rhyno without Juggernaut in front is like you hit the wall.
But even that is hard to drive it on Team Escape with this lags is almost IMPOSSIBLE for the cops to get me busted (i see other players with good cars get busted even with the Bugatti yesterday get busted).
Only for a simple mistake or a traction controll loose i can be busted.
But that's rare or very rare :D
Skill is everything remember that.
Choose any car and learn to drive it.
But depends on what Class you need...

Any car with handling + acceleration, but if you want to wipe through blocks, pick up the Aston Martin DBS.

Audi R8 V10 great speed and acceleration for A class. Good for TE, but for racing better use another car.
