what do I wrong? Any one can help please

theres could be a number of problems thats associated with that error. make sure you put the correct info in the server files, make sure you ran the sn.txt with query analyzer. one thing that i did to get it from doing that was instead of using the defualt sa account. I created a new one with different name and it helped my issue. hopefully this gets you pointed in the right direction. Its telling you that your server doesnt exist and it cant connect.

ya i created new database owner but i cant delete sa .... and i miss some files i think like sn.txt

EDIT= How can i download sn.txt and how can i delete sa standard user and use me own user?

and now its says after 3704: CRITICAL ERROR
3876: msgserver started

but sessionserver still giving some mistake
its shutng down

well am also looking for a DEV that can start a server and fix bugs

you cant delete sa user.
try reinstalling SQL and while clicking next next etc there should be something with using mixed authentication mode. mark it and click next (just use mixed authentication (sql server and windos))
why do you think that someone would fix bugs for you?why dont you try it yourself? start a erver? you want the dev to pay for the dedi server also? wtf.. and you will be the admin for that server because..?

I can get a server working in like 5 min =)
And what i check when i do that =
Min 2GB Ram
SQL server with a password (at installing)
change .cfg files with good PORT/IP/PASS/NAME

Then it must work =)
