[HELP] Item.SQL Error

What The Fuck?! How The Fuck can i fix this? im trying to fun my item.sql so my new stuff can take effect in game. and i think this is kinda stupid. i never had this error before >< so i have no idea what to do...

make sure there is no client (but *1* query) connected to the server - it can help to not setup locks & temporary tables. or, of course, give 2+ Gb mem to the server.

thanks, i tried it like 5 times last nite and again today and it worked. maybe it was just a bug?
