First : start your server ,Then go to SR_UserEdit tab,Char Item-
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]
Now just insert your char name .. for me it's Tui and hit Query > SMC will search for it and once it finishs you'll see all items in ur inv. OptLVL is the current + now right click on the item you want to edit and choose Modify Item

Now there will pop up a screen with all data about the item
Opt LVL : is the current + i changed it from +8 to +12 > hit Validate !
Next is Variance .. that's the white stats basicly for getting full 100% stats put this number > 34359738367 < this will get a 100% on all stats on weapons /sets/acc's > Hit Validate !
up right you'll see a clean window , just right click and " Add New" you'll see a window like that

Max opt lvl is the max blue
now Validate , that last window i dont know what's if for =P
Hit Update ,, and relog and here you get a FB / Max stats item
Few tips : to edit the items in SMC the char must be offline from the game server , 2nd as i said make sure the name is the same in DB ... dont use an [] name as of [GM] [Admin] , SMC wont read it ..hope i helped.
