Cheatengine 6.3 Value find

Got a question about the cheat engine 6.3.
How can I find the value of a skill? Maybe you guys can help me out?

EDIT: New question, I found the way to change the value of my Thunder Storm but now when I use Thunder Storm i cant repeat it after. The skill icon has no cooldown time for so far i can see, but still there is a cooldown on it?

its easy xD open cheat engine secect engine.exe xD then u will see at Value type String
select string then u can shearch text xD

Yea I figured that out, but I cant get to the part of changing compare 4 for my thunder storm :-( Any help with that?

Don't get it, i searched for Thunder Storm found the value. So then i searched for 12000 (cooldown time of thunder storm) with a search between (lets say the value of thunder storm was 0C43etc) 0C430000 - 0C43FFFF but when I search for that he don't find anything? That's the way i saw it in tutorials..

cuz you searched only for 12000 not for 120000

Sorry that is what i mean, still getting nothing tried 180000 too because i saw that on the skill list of the old cd tutorial still not getting it to work..
