how is it possible when you pvp someone they are able to click on u while u have your speed hack? did they slow the game down?

When you use speed hack, your characters isn't seen as running really fast. Instead it seem like ur lagging or teleporting from spot to spot but... you stay in one spot for a couple of sec giving them the chance to click u and attack.
