Things you need:
1. WinRAR Extractor
2. Microsoft C++ Redistributable Package x86 or x64
3. .NET Framework

How to run it:
1. Extract the file you downloaded with WinRAR
2. Now you have a .exe and a .dll file
3. If you're on windows vista or 7, run the .exe as admin (Right click->run as administrator)
4. Open WarRock

you may not kill enemies with weapons from weapon binder .
