Help With ItemType

Ok so i did the dumbest thing ever before backing up -.- , i added about 50 new items and i deleted cq_itemtype by accident , is there a way to convert itemtype.dat into cq_itemtype? same way as converting the other way around , help please! >.<:handsdown:

use a recovery program before you save too much new stuff in your server and get it back.... your best bet is to put the original itemtype back and add the items again...
