[QUESTION] How to solve this error

I want to put on a server, but i still get this error while opening globalmanager.
The settings are OK.

Well you got database problems / look for iis (dbconnect.asp),inis db's name,database names,ODBC

Look at your cert configuration
srGlobalService and srGlobalOperation to be specific
In one of these(or in both) should be the query. there's the error

why are you using hyperfilter library on your personal computer?
