i thought i saw a tool here in the forum with it you can send a clanwar to all clans
can anybody help me?

I've never saw anything like that... Try to ask any dev to make tool like that ;)

Hello.. done one tool like that. But is not free, use search button and find his epvp profile, if i'm correct he made this tool ;)
