There is only the flyer which says there will be Elcano und Concepcion design, but neither anything in the official forum nor are event npcs on the map

There are Lightingammunion on the marked:
L = 25.000 = 1,99€
XL = 100.000 = 3,99€
XXL= 500.000 = 14,99€

Someone said in the chat that he saw a NPC but idk if it was a lie
