Private server :(

Good morning, my problem is that i make a private server, I've tried several ways but do not ... anyone knows any tutorial video or any easier?

Take a look at the 'HowTo' section in this thread miakel, assuming you would like to use Azure. Please be aware there are a lot of bugs though.

yes but when i go to do this -> localhost when i start xamp,

Use the newest xampp version
