Is There way to reset my lvl and don't jump to LVL 130 after i reach LVL 110 ??

nope. Enjoy 110-129 while you can cuz after reincarnation you wont see it again

how fast can u go to lvl 130 ??

If you reincarnate at 119 or any level you wont jump to 130...once you hit 110 youll jump back to the level you reincarnated at...
