When ever i open any npc.exe from any DB , i get this (in image) any idea on what to do?

your cq_map doesnt match up to your gamemap.ini also thats your msg server not npc server and you dont open them with navicat .... navicat is only a tool used to read your database ...
if you say things in the correct terms people will know more how to help you

Its the npc , server , and they do match because its a fresh db downloaded from cyberghoser
I currently have npc server working now , i cant get the msg server to work , ive tried 2,6 and 2.7 idk what to do

okay the part where it says init map kernel thread? thats means its trying to load maps and stops there
your map files do not match the database is what causes that error ... whats the error now then?

I figured it out , you were right they didntamatch the db had gamemap.ini from a newer server for some reason , thanks for the help dude
