2089m costume time

I have a problem, I try to add time + bonus on costumes, but i can't...

Can you give me a tutorial to solve it?

Bonus you can add by applytype and applyvalue.

i try i put there like this
applytype0 = 8 (spped)
applytype0 = 25 ( value of speed)
and i reboot server after that i open the game and nothing... where can be the problem?
