I tried to start it from control center but cant, i just opened it to show u what is the problem.

i fixed apache, now this [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] help?

Change IP in registry

check ip registery or you have missing patch or some file has not installed have it shoud be
try reinstalling and get the lastest patch, and when you open it use it as admin

Do you ise Installed Xampp if yes, which Version ? Or do you just Copy it from VMware ? Or do you use VMware and it dont works ?
