P.S (I'm using an ep 6)
(I tried to look both in dec but nothing that in Hex)
(must be a game.exe ep 3-4?)

You should do one step at a time.

First of all, don't go for ep6, don't even go for ep5. Start with ep4, make your local server, mess around, and when you get the feeling that you know quite something about maintaining a server, then you can move forward.
