about proxies to exceed IP limit

I am tired of free proxies ,wanna buy private one
I tried googling but found many sites ,dnt know which is good and trusted

so any suggestions of a good site & even cheaper?

buy a vps and setup your own proxy. it's much cheaper & safe ^_^
