didn't try to search for it? did u try to download it? i don't think so. please use google for such "requests"..
download, open beast as adminstrator and open your map u want to edit.

Atlas Beast Editor will do it contains v16-v20 custom files

Open your .dyo and change this npc. it works even without beast...
