Hi everyone i need a Level Service + Ref Service on Same Account.

The Account Getting Fresh Created by Me.

So I Need your Time Frame + Price For Lv 1-30 + 100 Refs

i will put 1356 RP on the Acc so you can put directly LV 1 Xp Boosts of your Wish on it maybe too an IP boost also for X Days.if the RP are enough
