connect: Operation timed out on dedicated server

Hi guys, I already have a problem and I don't know how to resolve it, my server was running OK and the after a reboot can't connect, doesn't works and hope U help me please, here's the syserr,thanks to all ---> :handsdown:

Try to make sysinstall again.
