Hello i have a question i had a dispute case which has been closed and ive won
but i cvan send money
it says we cant send any money atm while i have 80 eu on my pp

Talk with paypal support. Sometimes you just have to wait. (hate that feelin',)

Maybe you have to verify your account if you haven't done it yet.

Try sending a little bit less than what you have :)

Contact paypal support. PP has a very good support but last time i had to wait three days.
