pc banned

Hello!!
First i want to say that i'm sorry if i post in a wrong topic
So....i played on a platform and i was banned from that platform....my question is if i can do something to get unban.....i want to say that my pc is banned not only accounts....
The platform is named Gplay....is a nice platform....i have dinamic ip.....i don't think that is my ip banned....maybe is something in my pc that block log-in....and i forgott to say...i can make new user....but i can't log in with another account...it says that i'm banned... reinstaling the windows is a solution?
I hope that will be somebody who can help me :handsdown::D

I guess you may got HW banned? Did you used a hack or anything?

i thinks its a hwid ban,
try to visit gplay with a different pc then u'll know it

gplay ban per registry

reinstall windows & it works again! 100% chance

or remove all from gplay (games, clients usw.) and run ccleaner to clear your registry 50% chance that it work

If it bans with registry you must delete the data which the program made at registry.
No need to reinstall Windows.
Maybe your MAC adress is also banned but you can spoof your MAC easily.

i've tried to change MAC adress....i chenge it and isn't work...i'll reinstall the windows....maybe will work after :D

google for a way to find the right registry entry and remove, or change it. that should be easier than reinstalling the whole windows

Bad luck :( i've been reinstalled windows....i've maked a new acount and still i see that my pc is banned....i changed my mac adress and my ip is dinamic....any ideas?:-s

Try it with another computer using your internet connection, have you changed the MAC of your PC of that of your router?
