the problem people just want to buy unranked accounts or with high elo, they don't care about skins thats why it make harder to sell them unless you are Diamond+

id buy an acc because of gold for elise skin and because of other skins, if its high elo you get banned and you feel so bad for BUYing it, bought a plat v acc for the good skins and got banned, probably cause they noticed im not a plat player
