When I try to edit my hosts with notepad to add the lines to use a bot, it says that the path is not valid when I try to save, and it wont let me move or delete the host file. It says access denied. and I cant overwrite it with a new file. I am using the administrator account on my computor. What can I do to unlock it?

Copy your hosts in your desktop and edit it there.
After edit place it back and replace if prompted.
(thats the way if you dont want to change UAC)

When I try to move it a thing pop up and says Cannot move hosts: access is denied. Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use.

All the folders in like WINDOWS, drivers, system32 and all of them are set to read only, when I check to unlock them after i exit out of properties it goes back to read only

If you do EXACTLY what i say, it will be done without any problem.
So. Copy your hosts to desctop
Open it with Notepad
Edit it as you wish
Close/Save it
Place the edited hosts IN to the C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc and confirm the replace the original ones in the dialogue will appear.

That's all.

Otherwise go to your control panel and do this:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

And after that you can edit your hosts in its original location.
