Vac/No Agrro Problem

Hey All,
i have a problems with my Vac/No Agrro
Ranged Monsters(Like Hunters/etc)
can att me all the time in vac
and i don't know how to avoid it
can any1 help me?

make them 0 or 9 if you use winhex =D
EDIT= 0 or 9 not working try 3 or 6
