How to activate Europe chars in server DEVIAS files

Hey guys i've the server files if devias how can i bring back the european characters?? the server only haves chinees!

And you want to add Europe items From D1 - D9

and you want to add The Seal Of Devias items .. .

Dont worry you can done it after 5-6 months haha

Why are you using a DB that has chinese disabled while the original DB has everything enabled and working?
