dbmon error loading files

hi i got this problem when i log my files problem with status.cvs and this is a picture:::
can some one plz give me a status.cvs that works with a12 thank you all

have u looked at ur status.csv or tried to fix it, rather then just want a new one?

and we are still using exactly same serverfiles as 5 months ago so u wont want the ''a12'' one clean because then it definitely wont work lol. (unless u got the a9 server.exe to work which i doubt)

i got a12 server file now but when i load some new things on it dbmon will crash
