Looking for a stable low rate server

There are tons of private servers and they pvp-like. Oldschool is cool but down for now. Looking for a low rate server (up to x15 for xp), EP1 or EP2, and long term. I hope I can find such p.server:confused:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] Its a Good Server with not so high-Rates. A Cash Npc and Buff Npc. And u can vote each 225cash every 12H but u need a lvl 80 char or Higher.

When you will LOW Rate Server, go Aeria or Gamigo.
