Poison cloud

I know the original cooldown of posion cloud is 180000. When i found it i change to 1. He tries to call the poison cloud but then it says poison cloud cannot be executed. This mean it is fixed? Or should i change other stuff too to make it possible to call poison cloud few times in a row?
Any help appreciated xd

calling more then 1 poison cloud on the same monsters only works against you tho ,
the effect will be stopped

on int its fixed ... like 80% of all skills
