Account reset

I've been playing S4 since the beta, and I had a very old account with some special things and money inverted. I stopped playing some months ago and now I tried to start again, but when I log into the account I have to create a new character and I'm newbie.
Anyone knows what happened or what should I do?

Acc with low lvl and not spending ap will automattiacly deleted after 90 Days. (Bad Englisch D;)
