2 problems

problem 1:

If I make a trade on my 80 cap server, thief spawn lvl 81,82 -> they dont attack! -> Why? and how can I fix it?

problem 2:

You have to be level 81 or more to max this lols.
Well,edit the skill max level to 4 and done.

Just set the service to 0 @ any skill higher than 80 (skilldata%_enc.txt) don't forget to disable them from the database as well (_RefSkill).
