Hello this is because you had FreeBSD in 32 Bit mode.
Can you say me which cpu yu have?
For example Intel Core i5 xxxxx
Then I can help you.

Okay.
Go to VirtualBox settings.
Then click on the left side on System.
After that right on the first tab you check IO-APIC.
Then on the 2. tab you check PAE/NX.
On the left side you click on General.
Then click on FreeBSD and select FreeBSD(64bit).
Start your server an then click on F1 and it should boot normally if the fsck error came press the enter button

then type (american keyboard) fsck -z

Then you should be able to login.
