To make the skills born with the pet

After i have made atopic coz i have problem with skills and now Owner of satan how to fix it so i will post here what will fix it ...
all what u have to do is follow steps..
1-put the cq_magic in the attachments in your DB
2-the restart you sql
3-your Done >>>>:D:D:D:D
