I to explain to all why new servers are under DDOS attack

1 . You aren't registered officially. Protection is developed thus. your server doesn't receive the answer from the main server of safety! in it cases the safety protocol is activated - you receive constant DDOS!

2 . Any protection won't help you to avoid delays! You will test constantly LAG!

3 . I don't need the patch LC files! I have them even earlier than you to open woidestruction! attentively look at it! pay attention to creation date!

that you didn't deceive on free zen, you have to exclude vote!
Leave shops zen for real donators!

1) add in drop ity replacing currency!
2) add to npc shops
3) add a necessary material (to buy for chosen you ity replacing zen) make it untradable

As far as I understood, he wanted to say that he had newest server files before owner of woidestruction bought them and that he can help him to run server properly. Am I right?

What he's trying to say is that WoiDestruction has accused him of DDOSing them for not giving him the files. Instead, he's not putting the evidence out there that he already had the Files long before Destruction did, and therefor nullifying Destruction's argument about ZEON DDOSing them. Ergo, he never did, according to his own words.

Additionally, he's also giving them suggestions on how to improve their server, and bring further population.

I play on that server under the name of PyramidHead, and I can tell you safely and without a doubt he did Spam Warcry flame...let's see if I can paraphrase exactly what was said.
