Method to get Silvia for IGC

Does anybody know of a way to get the silvia for IGC without creating a new account? I wasn't able to buy one before they took it out of the game for IGC(except for beginners) =/

There is no way to get it unless it becomes IG$ again. You could use a car changer (if it still works) to see it visually over a S14 or something but that's about it.

they gonna make all cars into boost so thats useless to play this game anymore ..

they cant and wont do that as they would have no new players so they would be losing lots of potential customers who would later maybe buy boost.
