8) When you find an IP you want, enter the IP under the "Name or Address" box in eBorder, and enter in the port number under "port".
If the proxy has a username and password, follow these steps.
1) After the above, click the "Advance" button to get this screen:

2) Click "Credential". Under Methods change it to Username and Password authentication. Click the button that has a + sign on it.

3) Type in the username, password, server name (The “IP address�) Click OK. After that, make sure "Enable Proxy" is checked, then launch your game =D
