there is some program u can use to take text out of picture and get it in a typed form. i used to use it for dragon ball online. it was called abyy finereader or something like that. use some sort of program like that on the picture and then just transelate the text on google or something.

well you could try googling OCR that supports korean xD (optical character recognition)

i got jpg to pdf, but i cant translate it, im using some translators but can not understood anything, im attaching pdf file, maybe someone can help ;)
