Login overtime - Problem

This annoying little problem occurring with my server.
A long time ago I was told that might be invading other people to flood the server port.

Players begin to take DC and when trying to log the following message appears: Login Overtime.

I already used it several anti Ddos, Anti Spruts, Firewall .. as PeerGuardian, PeerBlock among others, and nothing worked, someone could help me?

Unfortunately there is bad hearted people who want to see the evil of another, who wants to bring down the competition, I think the following way: To be better than someone else show that it is better, in a fair manner and not dirty like this.

Get ahold of ur VPS company and speak to them about "Mitigation Services"

Host response :

"Unfortunately we do not offer any extra mitigation service at this time. You are welcome to work with a third party mitigation service provider."

Try 3rd party software, Tho it's not much good, only way to mitigate is to set up another server direct and filter traffic through there letting the ddos hit "blank space". Directing the proper traffic toward the main server.
