ask mob spawn/luto spawn

hii all,,
i have trouble for luto or mob spawn,,
i have file for auto self kill, and for luto spawn,, but luto spawn at SDG wally only,,
maybe anyone can help me to explain how to create luto spawn in all SDG,,
sory for my bad english,

Would be awesome to get a luto spawn by use of MP pot in NA as well, like there is for other servers.

:D i can tell you how about luto spawn in solo mode..
thats very simple...

I can spawn Luto but it seem he dont to open his gate forme even i crack his kindda gate.
