Strange problem - pls help ... :D

OK ... this is my problem , i think screens tell the problem better than me because of my broken english :D ...
Client part is ok because appear that green square :

But the server part isn't good because i can't put that in slots o.O ...
And is another strange part ... :

I can put finishes just on that accessories

Values of fields "socket_pct" are different...

Both "socket_pct" on serverside and clientside must be equal.

Upload your constinfo.py please...
