How do I do zoom hack? Also heard of mini-map zoom hack?

EDIT: Got mini-map zoom address. How do I break zoom limit for normal camera?

Yeah, probably won't be helpful. But if it's shown on the video that means it's client sided and I'm curious how to do it.
