Mysql database error (navicat)

Hi dear community,

I have an problem with database in navicat.When I tried to acces then this error became:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

First I thinked that's error it's about the password.So i've changed to password at mysql server and when i started again mysql server this error again.

So, I need your solution about this problem

i have a problem the channel getting crashed everyday and is gives me an error when the channel crashs
its the error UNKOWN HEADER : 2202 IP : 41.*.*.*
