When i start my client game ... loading and then crash and give error at 6%
It's a problem with tcd file ?

i can't write because the error give me only white window without error

Open your task manager and end the TClient.exe. When it doesn't work restart your pc and open the Client again.
What Client do you use ?

The following .reg file can bypass it. Most times it's because the client you are using - who created it didn't include in the install wizard the reg files that corresponds to UI settings and other stuff.
